Fri 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence to help to deter potential threats within the financial institution environment.
• Communicate and collaborate with site staff and local law enforcement as appropriate in response to incidents.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client-specific procedures while performing armed patrol duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid concealed carry weapons permit is required.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
