As a Security Officer - Access Control Patrol Driver in De Soto, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol the premises, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, verifying access, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures and following site-specific policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying identification and credentials of individuals seeking access to the property.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or breaches.
• Document and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with inquiries and security-related concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and property management to support a secure environment.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate, in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
