As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a utilities location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and delivering outstanding customer service. As this is a driving post, you will be responsible for operating a vehicle while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Job Schedule:

DayTime Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report any suspicious behavior or hazards encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and help to deter trespassing or unauthorized entry on the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and provide proof of completion as required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
