As a Security Guard - Unarmed Financial Location in Armonk, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a strong presence to help to deter incidents, and providing outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related activities at the location, promptly relaying information to appropriate personnel.
• Receive, document, and dispatch calls for service, maintaining accurate records of incidents and responses.
• Assist in coordinating emergency response activities and follow site-specific protocols as needed.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the location.
• Support security-related procedures by monitoring surveillance systems and reporting unusual activity.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior by maintaining awareness of the environment and communicating concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a professional and secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
