As a Security Guard - Studio Unarmed Patrol in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will use your driving skills to cover multiple areas and respond quickly to different situations. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location, especially in high-traffic or sensitive areas relating to technology, media, or telecommunications.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and management to provide guidance and support regarding site policies and procedures.
• Complete detailed and timely incident reports and logs as required by site protocol and Allied Universal standards.
• Remain alert and observant throughout the shift to help to deter prohibited items or behavior within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
