As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in supporting a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service to all individuals on site. In this driving post, you will be required to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will be an important point of contact, assisting with access control, responding to incidents, and communicating clearly with both team members and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.17 / Hour

DayTime Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and observing for unusual or suspicious situations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help control access and maintain order within the location.
• Document observations, occurrences, and incidents as required in site logs and/or reports, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal management and client representatives.
• Support other Allied Universal staff and client personnel with security-related tasks as needed, adapting to shifting priorities and unique requirements of the aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds; this is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
