As a Security Professional Unarmed Government Patrol in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Your visible presence and routine patrols will support a secure atmosphere, while your strong communication and customer service skills will help address inquiries and concerns. Pay Rate: $25.11 / Hour

Day Time Mon 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Tue 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Wed 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Thur 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Fri 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to those on site.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
• Document and communicate any incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.

• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Experience with X-ray screening is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
