As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and promptly addressing any concerns. You will be a vital point of contact for building tenants and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $22.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon06:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and employees to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and/or property management staff to maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors.
• Remain alert to surroundings and report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
