About the Role

Join our team as a Seasonal Truck Loader where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our store. Your efficiency in processing freight and replenishing stock will be key in supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Receive and unload truck shipments, accurately processing and organizing products for stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.

• Restock sales floor merchandise based on customer sales patterns and seasonal inventory shifts.

• Welcome customers warmly, offering assistance and information on our products and services.

• Adhere to product protection standards to ensure the safety and quality of merchandise.

• Help in training new hires on brand standards, inventory procedures, and productivity expectations as needed.

What Skills You Have

Required

• Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• No previous retail experience is required—everyone is welcome!

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Previous experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
