Seasonal Truck Loader

About the Role

Join our team as a Seasonal Truck Loader and be part of delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient store operations. In this role, you'll help process freight and manage replenishment to keep our store stocked and ready for customers.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process products, including unloading truck shipments, replenishing stockroom operations, and supporting omni channel fulfillment.

• Replenish the sales floor as needed based on sales trends and seasonal changes.

• Engage with customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

• Execute product protection standards to ensure the safety and integrity of our merchandise.

• Participate in training new hires on our brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and productivity standards.

What Skills You Have

Required

• Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• No prior retail experience is required.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Experience in a customer-facing retail or service industry role.

Pay Starts At: $14.00
