About the Role

Join our team as a Seasonal Truck Loader, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing store operations. Your abilities in processing freight, replenishment, and supporting omni-channel operations will be essential to our success.

What You'll Do

• Unload truck shipments, process products, and execute stockroom operations to maintain efficient inventory levels.

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, responding to sell-through rates and seasonal changes.

• Engage with customers by offering friendly assistance and answering questions about products and services.

• Implement all product protection standards to ensure a safe shopping environment.

• Participate in onboarding and training new hires, sharing knowledge about Kohl's brand standards and operational procedures.

What Skills You Have

Required:

• Strong customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• No prior retail experience necessary.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Availability to work flexibly, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Experience in client-facing retail or service environments.

Pay Range: $14.25 - $20.60
