A role in a Distribution Center means being on the very front lines of getting product to the guest as fast as possiblea critical differentiator and one of the most essential Logistics functions. Youll reach beyond the bounds of your team to partner across the enterprise and find solutions to support the business. About You:

• 2 years of prior work experience as a warehouse worker, operations technician, or similar warehouse operator
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs. frequently throughout a shift and up to 60lbs. occasionally
• Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing and competing priorities
• Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training
• Ability to research defects/issues and root cause the drivers of those defects
• Ability to navigate web-based ICQA reporting and forms (such as Smartsheet) with minimal direction after training
• Ability to perform basic data entry and analysis in excel
• Ability to be trained on powered equipment as needed
