Seasonal Material Handler

Base pay: $17.50 per hour plus $1.25 shift premium for overnights.

Shift Details:

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Sunday - Thursday (occasional Fridays) 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

About the Role

As a Material Handler, your role will be vital in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of merchandise. You will engage in various tasks such as preparing, processing, and moving products according to our established rates and safety standards. To foster versatility, you will be trained across multiple departments to support our operational goals.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, process, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately while unloading trailers.
• Input data to help generate reports for our operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, collaborating with vendors and team members to resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all applicable safety regulations and promptly reporting any issues.
• Follow all company policies and standards to maintain productivity and accuracy.
• Maintain consistent attendance and comply with the dress code.
• Be adaptable to work various shifts and overtime as necessary based on business needs.

What Skills You Have:
Required:

• Strong proficiency in English for understanding and following safety and operational guidelines.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
• Proven multi-tasking skills.
• Willingness to complete company training and cross-train in at least two departments.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $22.75
