Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Scrum Master for an immediate opening.
Job Title: Scrum Master
Employment Type: Full-time (Contract)
Contract Duration: 12 + Months
Location: Irving, TX (3 Days onsite/ 2 days remote )
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support our client's initiatives within a banking infrastructure security environment, with a particular focus on critical network infrastructure and network security.In this role, you will contribute to low to moderately complex Agile/Scrum initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency, compliance, and delivery of risk-sensitive projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Scrum or Agile initiatives related to infrastructure and network security.
• Identify and recommend process improvements within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Scrum Master challenges.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend alternatives for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Exercise independent judgment in presenting solutions to moderately complex situations.
• Develop a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Jira (Advanced JQL) - ability to create and manage complex queries.
• Confluence - documentation and collaboration.
• Power BI - data visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in banking or financial services infrastructure environments.
• Background in Network Infrastructure and Network Security is highly preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in critical infrastructure or cybersecurity projects will be given strong preference.
• This is a hands-on role requiring both tactical execution and strategic process insight.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $45-50per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
