Screen Room Operator

Join our team as a Screen Room Operator, where you will operate and maintain machinery in a clean and efficient environment. Your role will involve ensuring machines meet work instruction standards and maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities

1. Operate machines such as scalpers, classifiers, sweco, and rotex in accordance with work instruction standards.
2. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble main room machines and containers to meet quality control standards.
3. Adhere to 'clean as you go' policies, CORE and FOD expectations.
4. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a production setting as a general production worker, machine operator, or plant laborer.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at work each day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with cleanroom operations, blueprint reading, machine operating, assembly, quality control, and general labor.
• High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
• Must be a U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clayville, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
