Heavy Equipment Operator - Scraper

Job Description

We are seeking qualified heavy equipment operators to efficiently run either a traditional tractor and pan or a CAT 627 Belly scraper on a commercial construction site. Operators will work with brand new Challengers that are tracked and New Holland tractors that are not tracked, typically pulling a new Ashland pan. Projects may include grading for new building preparation work.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment. Primarily scrapers, but can hop into excavators, dozers, skid steers, etc...

• Effectively manage and operate scraper attachments for various projects.

• Perform grading and preparation work for new building sites.

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment.

Essential Skills

• MUST HAVE 1+ years of experience operating a scraper.

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment including tractors and excavators.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with dozers and excavators.

• Familiarity with commercial job sites.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
