Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a school-based position in Albany, NY, working with elementary to high school students and requiring an active NYS license.

Responsibilities

• Work within a school district setting serving elementary through high school students
• 7-8 sessions per day, including both one-on-one and group therapy
• Schedule runs Monday to Friday on a 6-day rotation
• Therapist will travel between different school locations depending on the rotation
• Work hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Main responsibilities include providing PT services to a diverse school-aged population
• Travel between multiple school sites may be necessary throughout the rotation
• Open and supportive work environment for new grads or those new to school-based therapy
• No weekend or evening shifts required

Requirements

• Current NYS Physical Therapy license required
• New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered
• License required if applicable
