We're currently seeking dedicated School Occupational Therapist ($50-$60/hour) to support students EC through Transition ages, (exact caseload and needs to be discussed at interview) in the Highland Park, IL area for the upcoming school year.

Qualifications: 

• Master's Level or higher in Occupational Therapy or grandfathered Bachelor's Degree
• IL State license to practice Occupational Therapy
• Previous school-based/pediatric experience is preferred

Role Overview:
As an OT, you will support students in school settings by assessing their needs, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions to help them succeed academically, socially, and physically. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development. Your interview will be with those that work closely with the students so you'll get a good sense of your job duties. Mentorship and support are available

Job Details:   

• Schedule: 35 billable hours per week
• Dates:  8/18/25-6/5/26
• Hours:  based on school assignment  
• Caseload: to be discussed at interview based on your preferences/skill set
• In-person only

Key Responsibilities:  

• Assess students' motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions in accordance with students' IEPs, helping them achieve academic and developmental goals.
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments tailored to students' unique needs.
• Contribute to the development of IEPs by offering insights on motor development, sensory needs, and appropriate accommodation or modifications.
