• Job Title: BCBA
• Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, Hybrid
  • 2 days/week in-home sessions, 3 days/week in-clinic sessions 
  • Must be willing to work until 6/7pm on the 2 days per week for in-home sessions
• Location: Lakewood, CO
• Setting: Clinic & Home
• Caseload: 25 hrs/week
• Salary: $75k-$80k base salary (not tied to billables), plus a monthly, billables-based bonus structure
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Job Description: 

• Manage a caseload of clients. The caseload includes individuals with Autism Spectrum  
• Disorders and other related disabilities (ages 2 years to adulthood) 
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (in our clinic, home, school and/or community) 
• Develop Behavior Plans 
• Conduct Learning Needs Assessments 
• Supervise ABA programs in the home and/or clinic setting 
• Develop ABA programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills 
• Organize and maintain data collection for programs 
• Review data and report on progress 
• Establish and maintain positive relations with families and school personnel 
• Train and review staff 
• Parent/teacher consultation regarding skill development and problem behaviors 
• Attend monthly meetings with Clinical Director

Additional Qualifications

Current BCBA license

CPR Certification

Master’s degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required

One year of experience working in the Autism or Developmental Disability field

Experience in conducting assessments, skills assessments and functional behavior assessments

Experience in goal development and report writing
