Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings
• Strong assessment and intervention skills

• Cultural competency and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators and staff to implement strategies that support student mental health and learning
• Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and coordinate care
• Offer training and resources to teachers and staff on mental health best practices
