A full-semester contract position is available for a licensed School Psychologist to serve K-12 students in a New Haven, CT school. This role requires strong expertise in assessing and supporting student cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students K-12
• Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding student interventions and behavioral strategies
• Assist in crisis intervention and support for students as needed
  

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut School Psychologist certification/license
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
• Ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines
