About The Role

Soliant in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced School Nurse to join our student support team. The School Nurse plays a vital role in promoting student health and wellness, managing chronic conditions, addressing emergencies, and supporting a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Job Title: Full-Time School Nurse

Location: Mesa, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including first aid, illness management, emergency response, and medication administration.
• Develop and maintain Individual Healthcare Plans (IHPs) for students with chronic or complex health needs.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona immunization and health screening requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Identify and monitor communicable diseases and implement health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student well-being and academic success.
• Deliver health-related education to students and staff and support school-wide wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary school team
