Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated School Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team and support students with diverse behavioral needs. You will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic, social, and life skills success. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Teach and reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based strategies.

Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure cohesive support.

Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

Utilize technology and adaptive tools to enhance learning experiences.

Promote positive behavior and social interaction through evidence-based strategies.

Maintain accurate records and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Provide staff training and supervision to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Experience working with students with behavioral challenges.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
