School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Grants Pass, OR

Pay Rate: Local $68.00/hour or $2,800/week Travel $40.00/hour + $1246.00/week Stipend ($2846/wk)

Location: Grants Pass, and surrounding areas (multiple school sites) Start Date: August 25, 2025 Contract Length: Full 20252026 School Year (39 weeks) Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour days (40 hours/week, paid)

Position Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide in-person services within the Three Rivers School District. Responsibilities include conducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintaining documentation in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders.

Essential Duties

• Serve K12 students across multiple age groups
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with school staff and families
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

• Active Oregon SLP License (or ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Health certificate (per contract/state regulation)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• School-based experience preferred
