School Age Qualified Childcare Teacher

Location: The Learning Experience - Owings Mills

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour

Role Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality early childhood education, supporting the developmental needs of school age children
• Lead classroom activities that align with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for children.
• Assist with transportation needs as required (driving children, supplies, or staff between locations).
• Communicate daily with families about child progress and milestones.
• Support the center's overall success by partnering with leadership and co-teachers.

Qualifications

• SA Qualified teacher certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous childcare/teaching experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet all state-specific childcare licensing requirements.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
