We are seeking a talented and motivated SCADA Support Specialist to join our team in Tucker, GA. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our energy control systems.

About the Role:

• SCADA Support: You will provide technical support to System Control Centers, commissioning agents, and field technicians regarding the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SCADA components within distribution, generation, and transmission facilities.
• Technical Expertise: You will possess a strong understanding of SCADA systems, including RTUs (such as GE D20 and SEL-RTAC), data concentrators, IEDs, and communication protocols like DNP3.0 and Modbus.
• Project Support: You will assist with the implementation of Energy Management System (EMS) projects and support the operation and maintenance of the revenue metering system.

Who You Are:

• Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Experienced Professional: You have 1-3 years of experience in a utility environment utilizing skills associated with communication protocols between IEDs.
• Technically Proficient: You have a strong understanding of SCADA systems, communication protocols, and data acquisition.

Additional Info:

• Term: This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or direct hire.
• Pay Range: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour based on prior experience.
