KPMG is currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Tax Enterprise Services PMO (AMCS) to join our Accounting Methods and Credit Services practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead client engagement teams and stakeholders in the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of complex engagements; tasks include monitoring project progress, managing scope, schedule, budget, tracking KPIs, and creating reports for clients and stakeholders; develop and deliver Tax methodologies focused on program management and large transformational programs, especially Finance Transformations.
2. Support business development activities such as identifying opportunities, proposal development, and pursuing new clients, collaborating with other KPMG service lines and industries.
3. Collaborate with engagement teams to create project charters, build and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, approach, assumptions, deliverables, and communication plans; build trust-based relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
4. Oversee delivery of services by the KPMG Tax team as per signed statements of work, ensuring compliance with engagement and financial policies.
5. Manage project change control processes; support clients in driving programs and projects, establishing frameworks, resolving issues, and removing barriers.
6. Utilize and ensure adherence to project management standards and tools throughout the project lifecycle; serve as an advocate for project management principles; identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary.
7. Uphold integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain a respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum five years of recent experience in Program, Project, and Portfolio Management, especially in enterprise IT capabilities and large technology transformations.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master's preferred.
3. Experience leading SAP-enabled transformations or SAP technology implementations across industries.
4. Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, EA, or other approved credentials; candidates without these have one year from hire to obtain one. Other relevant certifications like PMP, Certified BA, or Scrum Master are a plus.
5. Experience managing multi-vendor landscapes and building collaborative relationships across the delivery lifecycle.
6. Proven ability to lead teams, including remote/offshore resources, and to build relationships with senior executives in IT, Tax, and Finance.
