SAP Platform Program Manager

The SAP Platform Technology Program and Project Manager Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing financial planning and analysis activities within the SAP Platform organization. This role is critical in ensuring that budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and investment planning align with overall business goals and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and track the SAP Platform's annual CapEx and OpEx budgets.
• Partner with SAP Platform leadership to forecast future costs and assess funding needs.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide actionable insights.

• Prepare and deliver financial reports and dashboards for SAP Platform and Finance leadership.
• Analyze spend, trends, and performance metrics.

• Support business case development for major Enterprise Technology investments and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist in prioritizing ET projects based on strategic alignment.

• Monitor financial terms of ET contracts and supplier invoices.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on contract negotiations and renewals.
• Track cloud and software license usage to prevent overages or underutilization.

• Ensure financial practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support audits and financial reviews of SAP Platform projects and spending.

• Serve as a liaison between Finance, SAP Platform, Supply Chain, and Product Teams.
• Translate complex expenditures into clear financial insights for stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Financial Reporting

Experience Required:

• 6 years in IT
• 3 years in Program Management
• Expert-level experience in Project Management

Education Required:

• Bachelor's Degree

Additional Information:

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote)
• Training/Certifications: No additional safety training or licensing required
