We are looking for a dedicated Sanitation Supervisor to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in our restaurant. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining a pristine environment for our staff and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting daily cleaning of both interior and exterior areas of the restaurant.
• Reviewing, maintaining, and updating logs on completed cleaning tasks.
• Utilizing appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked area to support food quality.
• Assisting in food preparation and offering support during cleanup.

Requirements:

• Excellent personal grooming and hygiene.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Able to lift 35-50 pounds and carry items up to 30 feet.
• Capable of performing motions that involve pushing, pulling, and stretching.
• Proficient use of fingers and wrists for various tasks.
• Consistently arrive at work on time with a flexible schedule.
• Adhere to safety procedures regarding the operation of restaurant equipment, including fryers and ovens.
• Able to push/pull weights of up to 90 pounds for distances up to 30 feet.
• Commitment to compliance with company, city, state, and federal safety requirements.
• Knowledge of and adherence to established policies and processes.
