Project Delivery Manager

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

1. Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Salesforce solutions for federal clients.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical strategy, and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
3. Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps.
4. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, DevOps, and release management.
5. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior staff, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
6. Ensure solutions meet federal security and data protection requirements, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and other relevant standards.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce environments.
8. Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
9. Support proposal development and technical presentations as needed.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce projects in federal or highly regulated environments.
• Salesforce certified (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) and security protocols (OAuth, SAML).
• Strong understanding of federal security requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role OR Active Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be local to the Washington, D.C. area, with ability to be onsite

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with government cloud environments (Salesforce Government Cloud, AWS GovCloud, etc.).
• Prior experience supporting federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. area.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
