Salesforce Developer / Administrator

We're seeking a Contract Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our collaborative IT team. This role supports our Global Investment Banking Salesforce implementation, serving over 600 users.
About the Role: You'll work closely with a team of passionate Salesforce professionals to enhance and support our platform. We value curiosity, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset. This is a highly collaborative environment-pairing, asking questions, and sharing ideas are essential to success.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Salesforce Platform Support
*Serve as SME, developer, and admin for the Global Investment Banking Salesforce instance
*Develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript
*Manage platform enhancements, releases, and bug fixes
*Maintain technical documentation and support materials
*Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams
*Support backlog management and feature prioritization
User Support & Enablement
*Provide technical support and troubleshooting
*Educate users on platform capabilities and change impacts
*Drive user adoption and create training materials
Continuous Learning
*Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices
*Engage with the Salesforce Success Community and local user groups
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
Bonus Skills:
*Microsoft development tools (C#, ASP.NET, MVC)
*Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
*Change management and documentation

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
