Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud in our North American Salesforce instance.
Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features.
Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce environment.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
If experienced, lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Team player, with strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills - other languages is a plus.

Functional skills:

3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with a focus on Service Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
Project Management experience is a strong asset.
Experience in office365 especially PowerPoint and Excel
Interest in learning about business processes and systems.
Ideally previous experience with project roles, but not required.
