• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in senior care.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Participate in community events to promote Senior Helpers and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target audience.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
