Entry Level Sales Assistant
FASTSIGNS #13402 is looking for our next rockstar team member! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at FASTSIGNS. This position is ideal for someone eager to start a career in sales and customer service while working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily activities, including responding to customer inquiries and processing orders.
- Support the generation and qualification of sales leads through various channels.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with production and graphic design teams to ensure customer orders meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Compensation: $34,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
