Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily activities, including responding to customer inquiries and processing orders.
• Support the generation and qualification of sales leads through various channels.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with production and graphic design teams to ensure customer orders meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
