In this dynamic role, you'll train to drive a Class B box truck, service parts washer machines, pick up hazardous waste, and promote our product offerings along your assigned route.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that health and safety protocols are always followed.
• Visit 10-12 customer sites per day, providing exceptional service.
• Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions efficiently.
• Clean and service parts washer machines.
• Upsell products and generate new leads during customer visits.
• Complete daily service schedules, deliveries, and pickups punctually.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
• Operate vehicles safely in accordance with all requirements.
• Follow all company environmental health and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Class B CDL.
• Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer and math skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the role.
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical.
• Must meet facial hair standards as per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Experience with commercial route driving (Class C or Non-CDL) is a plus.
