Safety Coordinator Needed For Solar Sites

The Safety Coordinator needed for all aspects of safety, focusing on safety awareness, training, and compliance. This role involves making routine project site visits to assess working conditions and ensure safety compliance. The coordinator will identify safety-related issues and risks at project sites, collaborating with leadership to design solutions to mitigate these risks. Additionally, the position requires maintaining safety supplies and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine project site visits to assess safety conditions and compliance.
• Identify and report safety-related issues and risks at project sites.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement solutions to mitigate safety risks.
• Maintain safety supplies and inventory.

Essential Skills:

• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• First Aid/CPR Certification is required.
• A valid drivers license is necessary.
• Experience in safety, OSHA, construction, EHS, health & safety, compliance, and audits.
• Ability to conduct safety training.
• Proficiency in construction safety practices.
• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in construction and construction safety.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
