Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruiting, training, and development of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and elevate customer satisfaction through your team's achievements.
• Collaborate with the management team to deliver outstanding customer service and product offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals with customers to ensure sustained business relationships.

What We're Looking for:

• A business-savvy individual passionate about enhancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• A results-focused relationship manager eager to support the team and, most importantly, the customer.
• A supportive leader who thrives on mentoring Route Service Representatives and Supervisors as they grow in their roles.
• A valid non-commercial driver’s license and the ability to meet minimum auto insurance requirements.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven customer service experience is essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate various customer service scenarios.
• Skills in negotiation, training, coaching, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Yearly Salary Guaranteed
