Roofer - Per Diem Offered

We are hiring experienced Flat Roof Journeymen for 4 weeks on a military base in Jackson, Florida.
The scope includes tear-off, cold apply, and membrane installation over standing seam metal roofs. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and equipped with their own tools.
Journeyman: $26-28/hour + $100/day per diem (7 days/week)
Responsibilities
-Perform tear-off and cold apply roofing work
-Install membrane systems on standing seam metal roofs
-Lead or assist with daily crew operations (Foreman role)
-Maintain a clean and safe job site
-Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
-Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
-Track daily progress and report issues as needed

Requirements
Proven experience in commercial flat roofing
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
No felony convictions (required for military base access)
Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work overtime when needed
