The selected candidate must be able to motivate and inspire teams to work together to achieve the goals of each project and organize the teams' efforts to consistently deliver designs on schedule. You will interact internally throughout the organization externally with clients, residents, business owners, and other firms. Specific responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain and enhance our reputation with clients, approval agencies, and industry professionals.
  • Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards and leading interdisciplinary teams on proposals, studies, concept through final designs, and construction phase services.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Self-starter with proactive, get it done attitude. Strong oral and written communication skills in both office and virtual environments. Demonstrated successful experience identifying, evaluating, and solving complex issues along shared use path and trail corridors. Growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to stay knowledgeable on trends and best practices.
