Be part of our dynamic clinic where you will work closely with OB/GYN physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff. Our team is committed to delivering coordinated care plans tailored to each patient's needs, striving to improve women's health outcomes through compassionate care, advocacy, and proactive health management.

As an RN Triage Specialist, you will triage patient calls, provide education, and ensure personalized care. Enjoy a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Summary

• Answer patient inquiries over the phone, assess the severity of symptoms and guide patients to the appropriate care level.
• Schedule appointments with healthcare providers/facilities/physicians as needed.
• Document triage interactions and maintain accurate health records.
• Update triage protocols and ensure patient healthcare information is current.
• Provide education to patients based on their calls and healthcare needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program, Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license required; multistate licensure is needed if practicing in an NLC state.
• Complete all licensing requirements within 30 days of employment.
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
