Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care during the night shift.
Ensure all nursing and medical practices comply with laws, regulations, and facility guidelines.
Provide leadership and support to staff, addressing issues and facilitating professional development.
Plan, organize, develop, and implement care programs and policies to ensure high-quality care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in this state.
Minimum of 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting.
At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, and visitors.
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulations.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with and lead a team.
