In our 17-bed unit, you'll care for diverse patients in adult cardiology and medical-surgical specialties, including CHF, ACS, telemetry monitoring, and chronic conditions. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with a 3:1 ratio, high patient turnover, and a goal of maintaining a length of stay under 8 hours, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

• Provide compassionate care aligned with Legacy Health standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Advocate for patients with education and emotional support.
• Utilize electronic health systems for efficient care.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred (or in progress).
• Minimum one year of nursing experience or completed residency.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and EHR skills.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.

• Current applicable state RN license required.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers.
