Registered Nurse Acute Care (Med/Surg, Nights)

Were seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our acute care Med/Surg team in beautiful central Wisconsin. This full-time, night shift role offers the chance to provide exceptional, individualized care to a diverse patient population while working alongside a supportive, collaborative healthcare team.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver professional, compassionate nursing care using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications, including IV therapy, with accuracy and attention to safety
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge needs
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Respond effectively to urgent and emergent situations
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols
• Float to other units as needed to support patient care

Schedule & Benefits:

• 7:00 PM 7:30 AM shifts, three nights per week (72 hours per pay period)
• Every 4th weekend rotation
• Holiday rotation with paid holidays
• Night shift differential available

Qualifications:

• RN license (WI or Compact; ability to obtain WI license within 90 days if relocating)
• Associates degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• BLS within 1 month of hire; ACLS within 2 years; PALS encouraged
• Strong critical thinking, patient education, and communication skills
• Experience in acute care preferred
