The Registered Nurse implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and the creation of a caring environment focused on healing and wellness. Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required for RN:

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky
• Basic Life Support
• Some RN positions will be required to maintain ACLS certification. Please seek departmental guidelines.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required for LPN:

• High school diploma.
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
• State-licensed practical nurse required.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.
