Bring your skills and compassion to a rural healthcare setting where every birth is unique and your work makes a direct impact on families and the community. Were seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide exceptional, family-centered care in a close-knit hospital environment.

• Provide care for patients throughout antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages
• Support newborn care, including C-section recovery and surgical aftercare
• Perform fetal monitoring, NSTs, and high-risk patient stabilization
• Offer breastfeeding education and support
• Respond to obstetric emergencies, including trauma and fetal distress
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and newborn care

Schedule:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Alaska or other U.S. state; Alaska license required before start)
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire
• 1+ year clinical RN experience preferred; prior L&D experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and patient education skills
