A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for aTravel RN.
Role: Travel RN
Position type: Full- time Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks contract assignment
Location: Plano Texas 75093
Work Schedule: 4 x 10 hour shifts; or 5 x8 hour shifts (M-F)
As a Travel RN your responsibilities:

• Conducts assessments, develops individualized care plans, and evaluates outcomes to ensure high-quality care.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and supports practice changes through research and learning.
• Creates a safe, therapeutic environment while respecting cultural, spiritual, and personal diversity.
• Works with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and advocate for patient rights and ethical practices.
• Engages in continuous learning, mentors peers, and educates patients and families to support informed health decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in the state of Texas or compact license recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be required based on unit or specialty.
• Clinical experience in an inpatient or outpatient hospital setting preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Clinical Expertise in hospital inpatient or outpatient settings such as GI Lab, Dialysis, or Infusion Centers.

Weekly Gross ($2600) = Stipend ($1400) + Pay ($1200)
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
