Home Health RN Opportunity

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health RN that would be interested in a 13 week, full-time contract opportunity at a hospital in Rockford, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Schedule

40 hours guaranteed Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM Every 3rd weekend Mileage between visits paid

Duration

13 weeks (likely extension)

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience as RN in acute care setting
• Experience with home health and IV therapy
• ER or Oncology experience preferred
• Cardiac or wound certification preferred
• IL RN License
• BLS
• Only accepting Travellers
• 10/13/25 start
