Are you ready to make a difference? Join the WellStar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) as a RN in our Float Pool! This exciting opportunity allows you to work across various facilities based on staffing needs, utilizing your unique skills to provide exceptional patient care wherever youre needed most.

What Youll Do:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing careassessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to critical situations and codes.
• Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with WellStar standards.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of recent, direct ED RN experience.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).

Licensure/Certifications - Depending on the Position:

• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) required.
• BLS Basic Life Support from AHA.
• ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program

Skills:

• Critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) required.
• Collaborative, patient-first mindset.
