AdventHealth Redmond is a 230 bed facility, serving as a regional referral source for all of northwest Georgia and parts of Alabama. Schedule: Full Time 4 days week - no weekends or call - Mon and Fri 7a-4:30P, Tues, Thurs and Fri 10am-6:30

The role you'll contribute: The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient and/or and assigned group of patients within a patient care unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of the related clinical activities. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for supervising and responsibly directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment, while practicing within the State, facility and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintains general and unit-specific mandatory certifications and competencies.
• Evaluates and monitors all cath lab patients to ensure their safety and well-being throughout procedures.
• Utilize aseptic technique and follow CDC isolation guidelines, proper use of PPE, and rigorous hand hygiene.
• Respond appropriately during clinical emergencies and evaluate interventions effectiveness.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.

Qualifications

The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:

• Associate's of Nursing Required
• 2 Years of RN experience in clinical setting Required
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Required
