The role you'll contribute:

Directs services, workflow and/or resources for clinical program(s).

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize clinical operations.
• Develops and implements clinical program services and initiatives to improve patient care.
• Assigns tasks, prioritizes, and coordinates work to maintain efficient workflow.
• Manages staffing, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff to ensure adequate resources.
• Monitors and evaluates program performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Manages quality assurance and improvement initiatives for the department.
• Provides training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.
• Addresses and resolves issues related to patient care and clinical operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration among team members to enhance patient care.
• Develops and maintains staffing patterns to ensure continuous clinical operations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Oversees budget management, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial efficiency.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelors of Nursing Required
• Master's Preferred
• Five or more years Work Experience Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date Required
• Prior OR, ASC experience and leadership is Required.
